Yggdrasil Goes Fishing to a Tropical Bay in Nice Catch DoubleMax

Yggdrasil is known for treating its slot machine players to some exhilarating fishing adventures. The game is set on the clean blue waters of a tropical bay with seaweed-wrapped icons and several underwater creatures. Players will go fishing on a standard 5×3 game board, where they can form winning combinations on adjacent reels. The reels present 243 winning ways, with players only requiring three matching symbols to win a payout.
As expected, the weed-wrapped diamonds, spades, clubs, and hearts are the game’s low-paying icons, rewarding you with 0.1x to 0.6x the stake. The anchor, shoe, bottle, and red marlin are the game’s top-paying symbols, paying out anything between 0.4x and 1x the stake for matching at least three of them.
During the gameplay, players can find the white-bearded cigarette-smoking fisherman on the fifth reel. When he appears, the fisherman will collect all the fish values and award them to you. And, of course, the orange, yellow, green, and blue fish collect symbols can land randomly on the reels.
In the meantime, you can activate the developer’s acclaimed DoubleMax GEM (Game Engagement Mechanic) after lining up the fish symbols from left to right. This feature will unlock rewarding multiplier values starting from 2x to 256x. However, the multiplier will reset to 2x with each new spin during the base game.
Nice Catch DoubleMax also houses a free spins feature that players can activate after landing at least three scatters. You can win 8, 11, and 14 bonus rounds after collecting three, four, and five bonus symbols, respectively. Players can also win an extra spin and a doubled multiplier when the fisherman lands during the bonus rounds.
The gamble feature allows gamers to gamble and get more bonus spins. This feature lets you gamble 8 bonus spins to receive 11 rounds and 11 spins into 14 before spinning the gamble wheel to more free spins.
