One such company is Aristocrat Leisure Limited, an Australian-based online casino content aggregator. The company has revealed that Tracey Elkerton, their Chief Compliance Officer, has been promoted to the Executive Steering Committee (ESC). Elkerton will be reporting directly to the CEO, Trevor Croker.
Elkerton serves as Aristocrat’s Chief Compliance Officer, a role in which she oversees the company’s regulatory and compliance functions worldwide. With almost 25 years of gaming compliance experience, she brings rich knowledge to the business.
Additionally, Elkerton has been a part of the Regulatory & Compliance Committee of the Aristocrat Board since 2004. And before joining Aristocrat, Elkerton had been engaged in compliance roles at Standard Chartered Bank Australia Limited and St George Bank Limited.
Following the appointment, Trevor Croker stated: “Tracey Elkerton’s appointment to our ESC is another step forward in Aristocrat’s long-standing commitment to excellence in governance and will help further strengthen our compliance culture. Tracey will bring a critical lens to all enterprise deliberations that will help us continue to make the right decisions in the short and long-term best interests of our business and stakeholders.”
Croker added that Elkerton has 25 years of experience in the gaming compliance sector and contributes regulatory and compliance knowledge to Aristocrat’s global perspective. The Aristocrat CEO said he looked forward to her immense contribution and congratulated Elkerton on her new appointment.
2023 Expansion Plans Continue
In other related Aristocrat news, the company has been busy completing new deals and launching new games. At the start of February, the company was happy to announce the purchase of Roxo Gaming Limited. Following the acquisition, Roxor will become part of the expansive Anaxi family, which plans to dominate the iGaming market in 2023.
The CEO at Anaxi, Mitchell Bowen, commented that the company is thrilled to welcome Roxor to the wider Aristocrat group. Bowen said that the company’s ambition is to be a leading gaming platform in the regulated online real money gambling industry, and adding Roxor to the ever-expanding team is a significant step forward. The CEO said the Roxor team is incredibly talented, and Anaxi looks forward to growing with them.
Note also that the company was part of the just concluded ICE London tradeshow, where it displayed its “For Sale Link” products. These products include Ji Cai Hao Yun, Mo Mummy, Tian Ci Jin Lu, 5 Dragons Ultra, and Mighty Cash Ultra. The gambling business will also debut links on their MarsX Dual cabinets.
